Medical malpractice by doctors in the Coachella Valley

There is only one doctor's office in the Coachella Valley under IEHP insurance that can treat my symptoms and that is Desert Cities Allergy and Otolaryngology. In 2023, the doctor not only misdiagnosed me but refused to treat my symptoms or find the true cause of them. He also refused to let me see another doctor in his practice for a second opinion. He did not follow proper procedures which is what lead to the misdiagnosis and because their diagnostic tests were negative I am not "sick enough" to be treated or worthy of a proper diagnosis. He just told me tinnitus was untreatable and refused to find the cause. They're lazy, they don't care and they have way too many patients. Another example of this is I feel like there is air trapped in my lungs and it showed up on the x-ray but it is "within normal limits" so they don't care to find the cause. Even though, it's been a symptom causing distress for years now.
Why can't you just bill me later if money is the issue? What is the point of free health insurance if I still can't get treatment? I have been sick since late 2021 or early 2022 when I hit my head and went momentarily blind and then developed respiratory symptoms and visual symptoms which apparently I will continue to live with until I can find a job and see another doctor.
Two emergency rooms also refused to treat me. In 2023 Desert Regional Medical Center didn't even let me see a doctor. They made me speak to a social worker. My symptoms are physical and not mental so this didn't make sense and was confusing. I don't have a mental illness I just didn't have insurance because I didn't have a job and I was confused because I hit my head. An Eisenhower ER doctor told me that my phone charger could be making a high pitched sound instead of looking in my ears or mentioning tinnitus, which is what he wrote on my chart. What is the meaning of this? They left me confused and still sick. It's medical malpractice. Eisenhower also misdiagnosed me with carbon monoxide poisoning when the more accurate reason for low blood oxygen was that I couldn't breathe properly. They didn't care enough to find this diagnosis. At this time, I didn't know that hitting my head was the cause because I didn't know about post concussion syndrome and I had memory issues. I had to put all the pieces together myself. Even self diagnosing with tinnitus. I didn't know my ears were ringing until I became conscious of it. I had to slowly become conscious of things over time by myself instead of a doctor diagnosing me. It's taken years from my life and I'm still sick. It has also been extremely embarrassing. Other symptoms included extreme weight loss, bulging veins in my arms, increased tension in my neck and shoulders, dilated pupils and shortness of breath. Most of which the doctors ignored.
I had a procedure in 2024 called eustachian tube balloon dilation that I am still healing from. I had to drive an hour and a half to see this doctor and I had to beg for him to do the procedure after he told me he would and then changed his mind. There was no reason for him not to do it as the MRI showed trauma to my nasal passages.
These facilities treated me like I was a drug addict, a mentally ill person or a homeless person and I have never been any of the above. I wonder how these patients go untreated because of their lack of money. I was at risk of homelessness that's why I moved back to California where I thought I could get treatment and find a job but instead I have just been discriminated against by doctors and employers alike.
