What Sort of Utopian Society Constitutes all Fear as Paranoia?

This sounds more like a dystopian society or a totalitarian government that creates the false perception that there is safety and nothing to fear when this is not reality.

To call fear of physical danger "paranoia" is severely psychologically damaging and destroys a human's intuitive ability. It also causes a sort of "hysteria" where the person becomes severely psychology stressed or a state of confusion where they do not know what reality is because they trust the other people. In this sense, it creates a mental illness in the individual where there wasn't one before.

I have been called psychotic for telling a true story of fear of the sketchy people that my mother hangs out with. I have already been sexually assaulted by her boyfriends and husbands before so it's "psychosis" to state that I am scared of getting raped by them. It is also not paranoia to explain factual evidence that you can't prove immediately or that you don't want to believe.

The Palm Springs Police Department has wasted years of my life calling me paranoia instead of helping me. Why would I want to file a report with people that assume that I am paranoid and take the side of people like my abusive mother and abusice neighbors who physically and verbally assault me?

I am running out of time and I am tired of this fairy land police department full of incompetent retards in Palm Springs.
