Nobody Will Hire Me

I was unjustly fired five months ago from Hertz but my job search extended before this. I have been applying for jobs that I am perfectly capable of succeeding at for over three years now. I literally perform well at every job that I do. This is not about "wounds of rejection," this is reality. I am a good employee who needs a job and nobody will hire me.
I have a Bachelor's degree, a real estate license, over ten years of customer service and sales experience and none of these jobs require any experience at all. They don't even need a degree or a real estate license to start.
So what could it be? Is it my race? Gender? It's definitely not my qualifications. Most of them won't even call me in for an interview. I am running out of options as I struggle to survive. My only options seem to be 1099 jobs that not only cost money but require me to work for free. I did not spend four years at a research University to do door-to-door or business-to-business sales. This is insanely ridiculous and I am running out of options.
Why should I have to live in such stress and sickness? What was the point of going to college? Is the government going to give me my money back for a useless degree? I can't even afford to start my real estate career so I have to give up on that, too.
My life is being wasted, my goals and aspirations are put on hold, and all I want to do is help people. I have dedicated my life to helping others through writing books which I can't finish because I need money to pay my rent.
There is no way I am going backwards to work at minimum wage at a retail location. How unfair is this place? Why should I have to go back to my first job after gaining experience for over a decade?
